The City of Arlington celebrates the performing arts and community with free concerts annually throughout the year, and continued this tradition by asking The Classic Swing Band to be the feature band for their 2009 season concert. Held outdoors at the Levitt Pavilion in Downtown Arlington, Eddie and the band played dance rhythms of the Big Band era to melodic strains of memorable ’40s and ’50s love songs. For a night under the stars with sweet music and sweeter company, The Classic Swing Band combined Eddie’s smooth vocals with classic instruments to give the night a good dance to free music.
